Shreyosi Sen has taken on a new role as India communications leader at Schneider Electric India. This move is effective from August 2024.
ISen takes over at a time when the company is expanding its footprint in the region. In March this year, the energy management and automation major announced that it would be investing 3200 crores in India by 2026. The proposed expansion will include 9 states including Gujarat, West Bengal, Maharashtra and Uttarakhand.
At Schneider Electric India, Sen will be responsible for overseeing the company’s communication strategies across India. Her role will involve shaping the narrative around Schneider Electric’s sustainability initiatives, innovation in energy management, and its impact on the Indian market.
Shreyosi previously held the position of head of corporate communications at Sterlite Power, where she was instrumental in driving the company's communication strategies and enhancing its brand presence. Her tenure at Sterlite Power was marked by a series of successful campaigns that positioned the company as a leader in the power transmission sector.
