Ritika Kapoor, formerly with OLX group, has taken over as senior communications manager at Container xChange.
Container xChange, is an online container leasing and trading platform. The Hamburg based firm also offers the well regarded Container Availability Index (CAx) and the Demurrage & Detention report.
In her new role she will be responsible for developing and growing public relations for the company. This will involve developing scalable communication initiatives, diverse stakeholder groups management and building global editorial partnerships.
The global container industry is facing challenges due to the current surging consumer demands (after global trade was hit by Covid-19) and shortage of containers.
Previously, Kapoor has held leadership positions at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) and MSL.
