Shael Sharma, former VP & head, group corporate communications at Kotak Mahindra, has joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies India to lead its financial and professional services practice.
Sharma will drive client servicing along with new business development as well as integrated campaigns.
At Kotak Mahindra he was the media relations counsel for the executive vice chairman and the board.
As group spokesperson, Shael was responsible for leading communication from banking to stock broking, to mutual funds, to life insurance, to investment banking, anchoring Indian and International PR firms, across geographies.
His previous experience also include ITC, IBM, Mphasis, Siemens among others.
