Kasturi Paladhi has joined Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as head of external communications and social media. Formerly with Xiaomi, CoinSwitch, this is her first foray into the FMCG sector.

Though she joined the beverages giant in December 2024, Paladhi made the formal announcement today on LinkedIn, saying, Consider this my official 'better late than never' announcement! I’m happy to share that I have joined Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages to lead external communications for the company. The last three months have been nothing short of a roller coaster ride with lots of learning and living the “coke side of life”.

Paladhi added, "I'm particularly excited to be part of the PACS team (Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability), a truly integrated unit focused on building corporate reputation. While I lead PR and social media for the brand, I’m learning lots about engaging with our communities, government bodies, policymakers and much more.A big thank-you to my boss Himanshu Priyadarshi for the opportunity and a jump start into the world of FMCG "

Paladhi is a graduate of the prestigious Miranda House and a postgraduate from the Xavier School of Communications in Mumbai.
