Sunita Patnaik, formerly general manager, corporate affairs including PR & CSR at Walmart India has now joined the social media giant Facebook in India as manager, policy communications.
With this hire, Facebook is augmenting its communications team in India. Patnaik has also worked earlier at the global agro giant Cargill as their lead for corporate communications and CSR.
Additionally, after its director for communications, Amrit Ahuja left in July 2019, Facebook India is yet to announce a communications lead. However, Informed sources say that a new head of communications will be announced by next week.
