Dipti Agrawal joins Deepak Nitrite as head of Corporate Communications

Deepak Nitrite has appointed Dipti Agrawal as head of Corporate Communications for the group.

Prior to the new appointment, she was the head of Corporate Communications at Hindustan Zinc Limited, part of the Vedanta Group, where she was instrumental in transforming the company image to a sustainability driven future ready global organisation. Agrawal has over 21 years of experience and has led reputation management and brand building for a wide spectrum of companies while at MSL and Perfect Relations. She started her career as a journalist with Zee News followed by NDTV, where she worked for almost a decade. 

In her new role at Deepak Group, she will be a key leader for managing brand & employee narrative and drive opportunities to shape decisions for the sustainable, responsible business growth of the company. She will also be focussing on providing support and guidance to teams and driving positive outcomes around key themes including People first, Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion, Digital Transformation and Community.

As part of the group role; she will be the focal point for all communications, across all the companies, covering both internal and external communications.
