Value 360 Communications Appoints Keshav Shanbhag as CFO Ahead of IPO Listing

Value 360 Communications has announced the appointment of Keshav Shanbhag as chief financial officer (CFO). The appointment comes as part of Value 360 Communications' strategic restructuring as a listed entity.

 Shanbhag will spearhead the company's financial strategy and investor relations initiatives. With over 17 years of experience across investor relations, IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, and business turnarounds, Shanbhag brings expertise from his successful tenures at industry leaders including the commodity exchange MCX, IN10 Media, and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Experienced IPO Hand

A release stated that at MCX, Shanbhag played an instrumental role in leading the exchange's IPO, which earned recognition as the 'Best Mid-cap Equity Deal' in the APAC region.
