Are PR firms striving to support their employees when it comes to mental health? It seems so. A decade ago, one would have found hardly a mention of mental health initiatives in the PR business. PRmoment takes a look at how PR firms raised awareness about mental health on World Mental Health Day 2023. At the same time, it's also worth noting that only a handful of firms used the opportunity to mark World Mental Health Day.

On Purpose is on message
On Purpose, which incidentally has one of the best social media pages amongst Indian PR firms, focused on the stoic 'Everybody says I am fine' approach to mental health, with a twist. Props for using IM as the frame for the creative.
In a world where 'I am FINE' can hide a 'NOT,' let's reveal the hidden emotions and encourage open conversations. Just remember, mental health matters!#MentalHealthDay #Comms4SocialChange #MentalHealthAwareness pic.twitter.com/5dsnW2TqQt
